Located on the ground floor of our house, you benefit from direct, independent access (accessible with a digicode and key box).

There is private parking on the property, as well as an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool (1/06 to 15/09).

The accommodation is suitable for 4 people and comprises 3 main rooms:
A kitchen with a microwave, 4 electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and crockery for 4 people.
A 20m2 lounge with a sofa bed, table, 4 chairs and television.
A bedroom with two single beds 180×90 (with the possibility of assembling them to make a kingsize bed) and to complete the property A bathroom with 1 washbasin and a large shower.

A table and 4 chairs are available on the outside terrace, where you can make the most of the wooded garden and swimming pool.

The family swimming pool may be accessible by arrangement.

And the must: Our garden has direct access to the banks of the Ariège, so you can walk along the banks or even go for a swim.
