Furnished 80m² gîte with terrace in a quiet wooded property close to all amenities (SNCF train station 1.5km away), small shops in the village, motorway access 15 minutes away, shopping centres 10 minutes away.

Close to Auterive, Saverdun, Calmont, Nailloux and Mazères.

45 minutes from Toulouse and Foix (Pyrenees) and 1h15 from Narbonne (Mediterranean Sea).

Accommodation
The gîte has a master bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and a secondary bedroom with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a cot and changing table. An additional bed (convertible 2 places) is arranged in the living room.
Other comments
Household linen is not included in the rental price, but can be provided at a cost of €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed per stay.

For stays of more than 4 days, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.

Smoking is not permitted in the gite. Smoking is permitted outside, provided that it is safe (high temperature and dry vegetation) and that no cigarette ends are left on the property.
