Just 40 minutes from Toulouse, on the road to the Ariège and at the gateway to the Lauraguais region, our house, which comprises two gîtes, is set in the heart of nature, surrounded by meadows and fields. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed! With large rooms, terraces, a 40 m² spa area and several lounges with fireplaces for winter use, our house offers everything you need for a pleasant get-together with your family, friends or colleagues, whatever the season.

The two gites (the house plus the gite) can accommodate 23 people, with a total surface area of 520m2.
In the main house, the lounge with its dining room and adjoining kitchen are approximately 105m2.
On the ground floor, the toilet and washbasin are adjacent to the kitchen, and the staircase leads to the first floor where there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and three bedrooms have shared bathrooms.
The house is heated by central heating and has a fireplace.
In the 180m2 gite there is a large living room with adjoining kitchen with a total surface area of 70m2. Behind the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and fridge.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (disabled access) and on the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with a further bathroom. There are three WCs, one of which is independent.
Heating is provided by a heat pump with air conditioning available. There is also a fireplace.
