This large property (formerly the Manufacture Royale, where bed linen was made) is located in the centre of Auterive and has a superb 1-hectare park with swimming pool, various games (swing, table tennis, table football, children’s hut, etc.), barbecue and barbecue. The gîte, located in the former wine storehouse, has modern fittings and a private garden in the heart of the park for your comfort and privacy. There is a car park. Animals on site in paddocks (goats and poultry). Vegetable garden and orchard. Access to the shared grounds via a private small garden. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, pantry. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm)(2 single beds 90cm), shower room/WC. Board games and DVD player available. Electric heating. Bed linen included and beds made on arrival!
