Terra Sienna is a semi-detached ecogîte for 9 people in the hamlet of Chaumarty in the commune of Gaillac-Toulza.

This old farmhouse set in the hills of the Lauragais region offers a holiday away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The owner has converted and renovated the property with an ecological theme. Beautiful views of the Pyrenees. Shared outdoor swimming pool (5x9m), 1.50m deep in the adult bathing area, garden not enclosed.

Ideally located in the centre of the Grands Sites d’Occitanie, in Haute-Garonne: 45km from Toulouse, 24km from the village of Nailloux, 13km from the Ariège river and Cintegabelle; at the gateway to the Ariège: 11km from Saverdun, 19km from the art village of Carla-Bayle, 31km from the Mas d’Azil cave and 48km from the Château de Foix!

Ground floor: large living room opening onto the covered terrace, kitchen, sitting room (wood-burning stove), bedroom (2 twin 80×200 beds with en-suite shower room and WC). 1st floor: bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room/WC, 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 80x200cm) – (3 beds 90x200cm). Pellet-fired central heating. Shared laundry room. Plancha area, table football in the swimming pool enclosure. Pets: only calm, sociable dogs weighing less than 20kg are allowed (1 per rental, of medium size and treated for fleas). Heating, beds made.

Heating is included in your rental from early October to early May. Heating periods may vary according to the weather.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. During this period it may be closed occasionally for treatment, technical or climatic reasons. If the weather is favourable and there are no technical problems, the opening period may be brought forward to early May and wintering postponed until mid-October.
