The flat is less than a 10-minute walk from Auterive station and close to shops, the market (on Friday mornings) and the cinema.
It is situated 30 minutes from Toulouse and close to picturesque villages in the Ariège region (Carla-Bayle, an artists’ village, Mirepoix, a medieval bastide), the Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 15 minutes from the Nailloux outlet village, and 1 hour from the Ariège ski resorts (direct access via the Skirail).

The accommodation
Carefully renovated, the flat offers all the comforts needed to accommodate up to 4 people. A coffee (Senseo machine) enjoyed on the balcony is the perfect way to start the day.

A large, fully equipped kitchen:

Two bedrooms:
One with a queen-size bed (160×200) with high-quality bedding, a large wardrobe with storage space and a bedside table. Manual shutters.
The other has a double bed (140×200) with high-quality bedding, a large wardrobe with storage space and two bedside tables. Manual shutters.

Linen (sheets, towels) is provided. Cleaning is included in the price.

Guest access
Free shaded public car park below the street or the option to park along the street.
Self-service entry via a key box from 4 pm.

Other comments
Electric car charging points are available in the village centre.

For all classic car enthusiasts: the Auterive swap meet (Cercle-T), the oldest in France, is a regional, national and international event. It takes place on the first weekend of October.
